What this is

We are a marketing operations and engineering firm in York, Pennsylvania. A meaningful share of our work is delivered white-label, including under a HubSpot Elite partner.

Your brand on the deliverable. Your client relationship. Our build team. No contact with your client unless you want us in the room, and no attempt to go around you — ever, and it is in the agreement.

The three requests that usually trigger a call

  1. 01

A client with ten thousand SKUs and no single source of truth

Product data in four systems, none of them agreeing. They want a PIM and you do not want to own a PIM implementation.

  2. 02

A CMO who wants attribution that survives a budget review

Not a dashboard. The CRM architecture, the tracking discipline and the scoring model underneath it.

  3. 03

A portal or platform build that is real software, not a website

Auth, roles, permissions, a data model, an export path. The thing that gets quoted as “a website with a login” and then eats a quarter.

What we actually build

Next.js and Supabase on Vercel. PIM and DAM architecture. Dealer, rep and customer portals with role-gated access. WooCommerce and headless commerce. Attribution and marketing operations across HubSpot, GA4, Search Console and the ad platforms.

A live example: contract furniture manufacturer. We built the PIM and the DAM, then a rep and dealer portal, then rebuilt the storefront on top of them so nothing is duplicated. Product data enters once and lands everywhere — site, quotes, cut sheets, portal. ERP-agnostic, with the swap seam built in before the ERP was even selected.

We are not trying to become your competitor. We are trying to be the name you remember when a client asks for something you do not want to hire for.

How it works

Step 1

You own the client

Your brand, your relationship, your invoice. Non-solicit, non-circumvent, both directions.

Step 2

We build it, white-label

Fixed price, scoped per project. Code, docs and design files carry zero TSC references.

Step 3

You ship it as yours

Mark it up however you like. We do not see your client's invoice and do not care what's on it.

How the commercials work

Fixed price, scoped per project. Not hourly, not a retainer unless you want one. You mark it up however you like — we do not see your client's invoice and we do not care what is on it.

Deliverables carry zero references to The Second Click. Code, documentation, design files, the lot.

Six pages: what we build, how the subcontract works, and three architectures with the decisions explained. No follow-up sequence attached.

Optional. But it's the useful field.

Questions

Will you approach our client directly?

No, and it is a contractual term rather than a promise. Non-solicit, non-circumvent, both directions.

Can you work inside our project management and comms tools?

Yes. We work in the client's stack routinely.

What is the smallest project you'll take?

Roughly $15,000. Below that the coordination overhead makes it a bad deal for both of us and we will say so.

Fixed price. Your brand. No client contact unless you want it.
